The tour was an unforgettable experience. I am forever grateful to Neil, Owen, Bill and Ernie who taught me so much and for what they did. They are such lovely men, who will never be forgotten. The website looks great. Thank you to all the people who made the 2005 journey so fun. I would love to stay in contact with all of you |

Congratulations on your comprehensive website. After 2 great Quiet Lion tours,2003 & 2004, Dot & I decided to meet QLT2005 at Home Phu Toey privately for the main events, Dawn & 11am Services. We were privileged to join you all on the Kwae Noi boat trip & hear Bill Haskell address us all at Hintok Mountain. Who will ever forget Bills address at the 11am service at Kanchanaburi Cemetery. May there be many more Quiet Lion tours, Regards, Kev & Dot Drinnen, Brisbane. |

I think your site is wonderful. My father (Ronald William Wyllie) who is nearly 90 years of age was a Prisoner of War in Changi and attached to the Burma Railway. He is a fantastic person and has so many stories, both good and bad to tell, of his experiences in wartime. If anyone wishes to correspond with him, please contact my email address. Thank you once again for an informative and memorable site. Regards, Karen Jones |

Thank you for this excellent site. This site has thrown a very personal and yet informative light on the war years of my father Jim Sutherland ( No 1 Sqdn. RAAF – Kota Bahru, Burma-Thai Railway POW, Singapore POW, Awa Maru, Senryu POW) who died this year, August 2007. Like others who have commented in this guest book, not much was said of those years at home, and it is only now I begin to fully appreciate what happened thanks to the few sites like this. An especial thank you to Neil Mac Pherson who has so generously given of his time to supply us with further information on top of all his hard work here. |
