Good Morning Eric,

I hope you have had the change to recover totally from your constant hard work while away.
This is just a short note to congratulate you, the executive and indeed all of the BTRMA’s Quiet Lion Tour Group for its excellent organisation and preparation, the thorough day to day running of the trip as well as the patience and care shown at all times while away. Also the great variety of places we had a change to see because of your skilled leadership and quick thinking was wonderful.
For such a large group of people and the many differing personalities you handled the situation magnificently, I was most impressed.
Thank you for allowing me the privilege of being included in such an amazing and rewarding experience, one never to be forgotten.
I wish you and the association all the best for future trips.
